The Women's Fitz Roy Down Hoody is a high loft, midweight, packable down jacket with 800-fill-power, designed for alpine belaying, a food break pit stop on a ski tour or walking around the city in the depths of snowy winter, it is stylish enough to look as good on 5th Avenue as at 5,000 meters. Built to withstand cold temperatures this technical jacket, has all the features you need for a warm climbing jacket without any extras that would add weight to expeditions where moving fast and taking less is essential. The Fitz Roy Down Hoody uses a light and durable recycled nylon DWR coated nylon shell to keep the 800-fill-power Advanced Global ethically sourced down dry and lofty. The baffled design helps to eliminate cold spots, and form a barrier behind the front Vislon® zipper to trap your body heat from escaping. There are two hand pockets and one chest pocket, with one large mesh inside pocket for keeping gloves or water bottles from freezing. The jacket self-stuffs into the left-front pocket. The single-pull drawcord hood cinch will give a good seal over a hat or helmet; and a high-loft draft collar, dual-adjust cord-lock system at the hem and elastic cuffs keep out cold winds.
